Our annual insight workplace trend report focuses on the analysis and research we have carried out and the trends that we have observed whilst working with a wide variety of clients.
There is no doubt 2020 is an exceptional year and we need to recognise the impact of the global pandemic in addition to considering insight gathered from 43,000 surveys. It would seem that many of the trends we observed over the previous 5 years are still valid but have accelerated due to the effect of the pandemic, it is likely that the future emphasis will be on people and their wellbeing rather than the workplace itself.
