What is the Destination Office?

The phrase Destination Office was a term coined by Claremont in 2020. It was a prediction we made as we looked at how the Covid19 pandemic could change the workplace as businesses across the globe shifted into remote working, and once restrictions were lifted, what would bring colleagues back into the office.

When embraced fully, the Destination Office will become the beacon of an organisation – a hub for sociability, culture, belonging, skills development and ideas generation. As such, it will contain a rich variety of settings to reflect the more task-based and transient needs of the hybrid worker.

WHAT DOES IT
LOOK LIKE?

The Destination Office consists of nine spaces throughout the office; from wellbeing focused zones such as The Retreat through to collaboration areas such as The Co-Working Bureau, Library and Academy.

Download our essential guide to the Destination office, for a full understanding of how the Destination Office came to be, why we need one and who it’s for.
