Becoming employee owned now enables Claremont to not only focus on succession planning, but also reward the efforts and contribution of its team. Similar to the model used by The John Lewis Group, an EOT enables employees to buy the company from shareholders without using their own funds and keeps exiting directors in situ post-disposal for maximum stability
Our Solar Panels have recently been installed on our Warrington Design Studio by the wonderful team at Eco Mirage Ltd, supporting us in our journey to Carbon Net Zero. Through installing the panels we can expect to see: 12 Tons of CO2 avoided per year. A reduction in our Design Studio’s Carbon Footprint by 35% year on year. When generated energy is not required by us, we'll give back green, clean energy to the grid. We firmly believe that businesses play a vital role in shaping a more sustainable and equitable future.
Our New Home is the epitome of the Destination office. Designed from engaging early with our colleagues, the space provides all the necessary work settings to ensure our people can work as effectively as possible, whilst also maximising the employee experience. We've spaces developed specifically for cross pollination of ideas across teams, collaboration and scrum zones and plenty of breakout and social spaces.
In 2021 we delivered our largest project to date - the Global HQ for the fastest growing entertainment company in the world - Flutter. Standing at 126,000 sqft the new space supports greater collaboration, sociability and learning
As the first of our kind to become ‘employee owned’ we’re a bit different from the rest. We drive a huge amount of time, resource and investment into our people, ensuring as a result they deliver exceptional levels of service and tangible workplace solutions for our clients – its what keeps them coming back, with over 70% of our business being from our diverse, happy existing customers.
Our Management Buy out and the establishment of our award-winning design team occurred in 1996, when our current Management team bought out the existing Directors to form what now is Claremont.
Bristol has been our second home since 1994, with a talented team in place and countless local, happy customers that keep coming back. Our Bristol location allows us to deliver schemes effectively and sustainability across the South, whilst ensuring our teams have a place to call home.
