The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our dedicated technical team in our Warrington headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience working on design and build projects, be friendly, engaging and helpful, with strong time management and co-ordination skills.
Location: Warrington
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Communicating with members of the team and clients
- Surveying and general site co-ordination
- Build & Services co-ordination
- Production and delivery of Tender/Construction packages
- Job Running
- Local Authority, Building Control and General Compliance Co-ordination
Qualifications / experience
- Experience of working as an Architectural Technician or similar
- Proficient AutoCAD skills
- Basic Building Regs knowledge
- Full UK driving license
