value
The global business insights firm wanted a workspace that would support its continued growth and help in its drive to attract and retain the best talent. Claremont’s task was to deliver Equifax’s design concept, which is based on its Madrid office, and creates a contemporary flexible working environment to a high quality finish.
Claremont delivered Equifax’s complete Cat B fit-out to an exceptionally high standard, including the creation of a spacious reception, numerous breakout areas, meeting rooms and open plan workspaces with 224 workstations. The new office provides ample room for Equifax’s 180-strong team.
Claremont worked closely with the base build contractor Wates to design and deliver the complex programme of mechanical and engineering alterations needed to make the new building work for Equifax. During the 10 week programme, Claremont also installed the IT infrastructure and the communications room, an integrated audio visual system and a comprehensive security system, as well as a series of bespoke furniture items and wall graphics.
Equifax now has a purpose-designed, high quality workspace that befits a growing and dynamic business.
