At Claremont, we recognise the central role people play in shaping effective workplace strategies, which is why our Workplace Consultancy combines employee perspectives with robust quantitative data to create a clear, evidence-based understanding of your needs. By ensuring all voices are heard, we help de-risk decision-making and align workplace strategy with wider organisational objectives. How we’re solving workplace challenges

As a Workplace Consultancy team embedded within the wider Design & Build process, we don’t just provide recommendations; we solve your challenges and deliver practical, actionable solutions that improve the way your people work.

Analysing real estate portfolios

Our property portfolio evaluation boosts estate efficiency through enhanced data discovery and postcode analysis. By understanding your estate and strategic goals, we pinpoint opportunities for reconfiguration and growth, providing clear recommendations for your short‑, medium‑ and long‑term plans.

Optimising your space

Through analysis of your space utilisation, desk-booking data, and projected headcount growth, we develop scenario-based recommendations that estimate the space you’ll need at various growth stages while building future flexibility into your workplace

Validating designs

After our in-house interior design team delivers a proposed concept for your space, we review it alongside insights gathered from surveys and interviews. These findings help us confirm that the needs and preferences of your team are aligned with the proposed design. By working closely with our designers and applying these insights, we can make any necessary refinements while maintaining the essence of the original brief.

Future planning and projections

Through analysis of your projected headcount growth and space utilisation, we develop scenario-based recommendations that estimate the space you’ll need at various growth stages while building future flexibility into your workplace.

Stay vs go

Organisations often need to reassess their workplace, whether to respond to lease events or business growth, or to support new ways of working driven by technology and culture. Our workplace consultancy helps clients navigate these changes, aligning space, strategy, and behaviours to ensure the workplace supports both performance and future needs.

DIBE360

DIBE360 is a rigorous tool that audits your workplace performance from a DIBE perspective.

A current or prospective workplace design is put through detailed analysis, resulting in a tangible overall score relating to its performance from a DIBE perspective. This score is broken down to demonstrate areas of strengths and development, alongside a detailed analysis of the data provided by our in-house Workplace Psychologist.

Validated and endorsed by experts in the field, DIBE360 is the first of its kind.

Change Management

Change management isn’t just about keeping employees happy; it is essential to the success of any project. Engaging people early through surveys, workshops, or interviews helps them feel informed, involved, and heard.

Claremont’s EMCIC model is a bespoke change management framework created specifically for office refurbishment projects. It builds on proven principles while tailoring the approach to your organisation’s unique needs, with a clear focus on the workplace environment.

The evidence

We guided Yorkshire Building Society through a full WPC and D&B project, from initial workshops to delivering their new Bradford workspace. Six months after the refurbishment, we returned to hear the team’s views, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
