The start of a project is all about listening to you. It’s the way we develop a strong understanding of your business, how you operate and what your best workspace solution is going to look like.
Audits, interviews with your project team, workshops – we’ll use appropriate tools to gather all the information we need to create your workspace concept.
We’ll then come back to you with plans, sketches and visuals to show the proposed look and feel of your spaces, along with an outline cost plan and timescales.
Once we’ve agreed the concept, timeframe and cost principles with you, we move to complete a comprehensive design scheme.
Collaborating with your team we’ll move things forward – refining details, and working with suppliers to ensure quality and cost meet the agreed spec. We’ll also take care of all the H&S implications, so that risk assessments, building regs and all relevant statutory requirements will be met.
A further fully detailed programme, cost plan, specification and comprehensive drawings will follow, for your approval.
Throughout the build, our contracts management team will be running the site and sub-contractors to keep everything safely on track. We’ll also keep you up to speed on progress through regular updates and site meetings.
The project designer remains involved all down the line, so that any additional design decisions can be handled efficiently. Our ‘zero-snagging’ initiative – we snag as the build progresses – offers a further assurance that the project will complete on time.
The result is your workplace transformation – on spec, on time and on budget.

Claremont understood our vision and our brief, and provided some touches that we hadn’t expected to create an outstanding working environment. As well as looking great and feeling welcoming, the design has some key features that have boosted productivity and helped to take us forward as a business.
