How we added
value
Claremont’s exterior design solution had a transformative effect, replacing the warehouse’s brick and corrugated frontage with full height curtain glazing. Maximising natural light and creating a much more welcoming workspace, Clarence House now looks and feels like a head office in every way. Claremont worked closely with Blake Envelopes’ architect to assist the design.
Bringing the outside in was at the heart of this interior design, with a sky covered ceiling detail and grass effect floor finishes creating an inspirational and colourful workspace, both in the open plan and meeting room areas.
Audio visual technology has been installed in the meeting rooms and reception and allows Blake Envelopes to make full and efficient use of its client space.
The end result has exceeded our expectations. We have a fabulous and inspiring working environment that will support our growth and a building that we’re proud to call our head office. Claremont offered value above and beyond.
