Workplace furniture is our niche in more ways than one. As you’d expect from a company specialising in Cat B office fit-outs, we offer custom furniture design, procurement and on-site installation services.
But crucially, Claremont is ‘supplier agnostic’ – meaning we’re free to work with all the best furniture providers and craftspeople in the business. Unlike other companies which are tied to their partners, we can reach out to anyone to find the ideal furniture solution for you.
Our Workplace Furniture Services Include:
Furniture specification and procurement
Bespoke furniture design for your office needs
Installation and on-site project management
Office move and furniture relocation management
1. Space planning service
First off, we’ll need to grasp both the requirements and the full potential of your office space. This involves an assessment of your current work spaces, your existing furniture (if any), and your team’s physical & psychological needs.
We will also consider your business’s sustainability goals, as a number of our suppliers can offer eco-friendly and ‘second life’ furniture for your office, allowing you to procure more sustainable & pre-loved items.
2. Detailed cost estimates
Next up, we’ll provide cost estimates and establish a budget to work from. Custom furniture will cost more than established designs, but for offices with highly specific needs, it’s well worth the investment.
3. Site survey
Having narrowed down your furniture options, the next step is a physical site survey. At this stage, it should become clear which pieces will work best in the space, so we can confidently move forward with custom designs, procurement or both.
4. Furniture storage services & installation
We’ll acquire and store all the new furniture for you as the old furniture is removed and/or the new office space is finalised. Once the space is ready, we’ll oversee all furniture implementation & arrangement from start to finish.
5. Post-installation programme
Lastly, we don’t just leave you once the final piece is in position – rather, we’ll create a detailed post-installation snagging programme to help with the transition, and continue monitoring your office for further tweaks.
