We’re one of the best when it comes to understanding our clients’ challenges, designing the solution and realising the vision. In fact we win awards for it.
Maintaining that success is all about people, so naturally we’re interested in individuals with ability, passion and commitment. If that’s you, we promise a work environment that inspires, excites, nurtures and empowers you.
The Claremont Academy represents our commitment to nurturing new generations of talented individuals, providing them with their first step into a career in a dynamic and exciting industry.
We offer a range of exciting opportunities to young people from all backgrounds, ranging from short-term work experience, to summer placements, gap year opportunities, internships and permanent positions, and we welcome applications from individuals from a wide range of disciplines. Some areas are particularly suited to those whose studies involve specialist skills, whereas others are available to those with more general skills.
Our training and support programme has already helped numerous people to progress their careers with Claremont.
As we are an award-winning commercial interior design and fit-out company based in Cheshire designing mainly for the high-end workplace sector on projects throughout the UK. We recognise the importance of addressing the existing lack of diversity in the Interior Design Industry and as a result we have created a scholarship for students from a Black & Ethnic Minority groups to support their journey in to a career in the design industry.
The scholarship provides an award of £1,500 a year for 2 years, plus a paid work placement (subject to continued good academic achievement). Scholars can either take the placement over the summer between year 2 and 3 of their degree or as a full year’s placement for a sandwich course.
Scholars are also assigned a mentor who will be one of our young designers, who can support and guide you during your studies and work experience.
