When you first join Claremont, you don't just start your new job role, you become a part of something a lot bigger than that, you become a part of a close-knit family that really takes care of its people.
We are supporting National Apprenticeship Week, a celebration of the young and up and coming workforce talent across the UK, through our Claremont Academy.
Apprenticeships and providing opportunities to young people sits at the heart of our ethos of investing and growing talent, with over 15% of our current workforce arriving via our Academy programme with a 100% retention rate on all our apprenticeships.
Within our Academy programme, whether it’s an apprenticeship, graduate academy or leadership development, you’ll receive the tailored experience, training and qualification options that are right for you, your abilities and ambitions. Claremont is a great starting point to a successful career, Jana Jassova our HR Manager first began her career as an Apprentice Business Administrator in 2014 and has now gone on to enjoy 2 and a 1/2 years of progression, by receiving the correct guidance and support from Claremont.
As an Employee Owned Trust our prople are vitally important to our business and we see apprenticeships and our academy graduates as fundamentally important from a workforce planning perspective, companies will need to recover from COVID-19 and by taking on apprentices so they can grow their future talent, ensuring that any missing skills identified during the pandemic will be developed.
With the disruption caused to the educational system and young people throughout the Covid Pandemic we envisage more people joining workplaces younger than ever, therefore having the right support mechanisms in place is crucial.
At Claremont we have a mixed generational workforce and we are proud to support younger generation as they bring new and fresh ideas which is essential for a long-term success and sustainability of our 40+ year old business.
As we come through this pandemic stronger than ever, with a secure order book, a wonderful set of long term clients and a clear objective to remodel & reimagine the office of the future – We’re working on finding our next apprentice – could this be you?
