Claremont is a great starting point to a successful career, Jana Jassova our HR Manager first began her career as an Apprentice Business Administrator in 2014 and has now gone on to enjoy 2 and a 1/2 years of progression, by receiving the correct guidance and support from Claremont.
As an Employee Owned Trust our prople are vitally important to our business and we see apprenticeships and our academy graduates as fundamentally important from a workforce planning perspective, companies will need to recover from COVID-19 and by taking on apprentices so they can grow their future talent, ensuring that any missing skills identified during the pandemic will be developed.
With the disruption caused to the educational system and young people throughout the Covid Pandemic we envisage more people joining workplaces younger than ever, therefore having the right support mechanisms in place is crucial.
At Claremont we have a mixed generational workforce and we are proud to support younger generation as they bring new and fresh ideas which is essential for a long-term success and sustainability of our 40+ year old business.
