The Role:
You will work closely with the head of workplace and members our senior leadership team helping to develop new strategies and offerings for our clients. Contributing to our research and content generation in the form of whitepapers, blogs, and webinars will also form part of the role.
Comprehensive sector experience is preferred; however, we are seeking an inquisitive, analytical, proactive, team player above all.
Responsibilities:
• The ability to demonstrate and communicate our offering to the market.
• To contribute to the continuous development of our consultancy services.
• Lead and direct medium to large projects in multiple sectors.
• Generate and qualify project opportunities, developing sales, strategies, and materials for client presentations and reports.
• Manage project teams, foster collaboration, demonstrate strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance, design ideas as well as successful project delivery
• Develop and validate project scope and fees, determine budget scope of services during the marketing and contract development process.
