We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Workplace Consultant into our growing consultancy team at Claremont. We have seen considerable change in the way that people are using their offices and commercial real estate over the past couple of years, and our clients come to us to understand how they can better utilise their own spaces. We focus our client engagement activities on their people, culture, places, and technology.
You will work closely as a key member within our team to understand our Workplace Consultancy service offering, running client engagement activities and analysing the results. Alongside client-focused sessions, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our research and content generation in the form of whitepapers, blogs and webinars.
Comprehensive sector experience is required for this role; however, we are seeking an established consultant who is inquisitive, analytical, proactive, and a team player dedicated to providing as well as supporting those around them. Your will work with the head of the team to create a clear progress and development plan for the current and future activities of the service, regularly checking in to discuss progress and feedback. As we continue to grow our WPC team, there will be ample opportunity for professional growth and development as well as positions within the company as a whole.
