The brief
Flutter were originally looking to move from their Dublin office to larger premises in order to cope with their organic growth and general expansion, taking their headcount from around 800 people to an expected occupation of 1200. Finding suitable premises proved difficult and the Landlord offered an alternative solution which was to build an extension to the existing 6 storey building to create additional floorspace.
