The brief
After a period of sustained growth, Shoosmiths decided that it needed to move its Manchester office to new, larger premises. After some deliberation the impressive XYZ Building in the city’s Spinningfields district was chosen. The brief for the new office was to create a space that puts the focus firmly on growth, of the company, its employees and its clients. Agile working and flexible spaces would need to form the heart of the project, enabling the firm to function at its best today while also building in capacity for future expansion.
