The project far exceeded Clyde & Co’s expectations and the teams that moved are delighted with their new work environment, so much so that some client meetings are being
hosted there, which was not initially part of the requirement brief.

Claremont provided all aspects of the interior design and fit-out and created a space that includes several meeting rooms, two kitchens to service the meeting spaces and the staff areas,
a breakout space and open plan working for 130 employees. Significant storage provision was also provided adjacent to work areas and locally in the space in high density mobile
systems. The team also gave special consideration to managing office noise and fitted acoustic barriers into the ceiling and floor voids within meeting rooms and work areas.
