Firesprite HQ
Firesprite wanted to maximise the historic building they’d fallen in love with as well as marry a lux high-end feel for employees with a focus on high-tech collaboration, community and hybrid working.
The finished design builds on the landlord’s distinct aesthetic finish of half plastered walls set against unfinished ceilings and original windows, columns and floors.
Some architectural change was required to solve the building’s limitations effectively such as the Duke Street entrance which couldn’t be made wheelchair accessible, therefore the ground floor car park was repurposed to create a new accessible entrance, which leads straight into the statement town hall space and glazed atrium – complete with central tree and Firesprite logo-shaped seating.

Award-Winning Flutter Entertainment Plc HQ
With Claremont’s input and guidance, the decision was made to rebuild and remodel the Dublin office – a 1960s red-brick, corridor-led and U-shaped building – into a unique HQ for parent group Flutter. Set to house its numerous gaming brands and reflect its people-led and fun culture, the office also had to adapt to the shifting demands of the pandemic – in particular to reflect hybrid working. The decision was made to create a destination office that actively encourages people back into the workplace.
Flutter’s new HQ is the crown in its European real estate and is the winner of Mixology 'Best Workplace over 70,000 sq ft'.

Shoosmiths HQ
Shoosmiths desire for a statement office in the city of London saw Claremont tasked with transforming the prominent yet unloved One Bow Churchyard into an architecturally impactful and progressive workspace.
Claremont’s design has made Shoosmiths London the jewel in the crown of its regional office network, and it’s easy to see why.
The user experience and client journey are at the heart of this building – from how cohesion and flexibility have been achieved over multiple floors, to the way spaces are lit and the choice of amenities and work settings on offer.
