Our workplace consultancy services lay the foundations for exceptional offices. With thorough consultations that involve your team right from the start, we develop a multifaceted plan that not only addresses your current needs, but also anticipates future requirements.
Claremont workplace consultants will engage early with your colleagues and business to help you achieve success. Regardless of your sector, business and project size, our extensive experience allows us to evaluate your people and space challenges effectively, then provide actionable insights to support your workplace.
We start by getting to know your business via in-depth interviews, surveys, workshops & more. By evaluating both the practical and emotional needs of your team, we can create a framework for a more productive office space and a more meaningful employee experience overall.
Next up, we take those insights and incorporate them into your design strategy. This stage outlines your spatial needs for the office, determining how many desks are required and how much space should be allocated to other amenities. This stage also establishes standards for furniture and technology, and gives all project participants a sense of what will be required in terms of design.
For clients with extensive property portfolios, another key part of our consultancy is property evaluation. As part of our evaluation programme, we take an holistic view of the estate and support you in making effective changes. This could mean potentially reducing your properties, redefining their purposes and/or simply making the best use of every square foot across the portfolio.
Finally, our workplace consultants can develop change support programmes to help your team adjust to changes & improve their interactions overall. From engagement workshops to post-occupancy checkups, these programmes facilitate a smooth transition to your new office while also fostering employee buy-in.

We’ve uncovered key trends in the workplace that provide fascinating insights into how the workplace has changed over recent years.
AQA undertook a significant change to their working environment, motivated by a merger and the need to modernise the way they work.
Once the overall office design was established, AQA prioritised bringing their colleagues along on the journey. We ensured they were educated around how to use the space optimally, and that they felt comfortable and excited by the time they entered the new workspace.
Alongside AQA, we engaged with their Future Workplace Champions, their senior leadership team and their wider workforce through a 3-month change programme of communications, tours, workshops, drop-in clinics and a full workplace guide.
As part of a campus-wide Smarter Working initiative, we supported MMU with two initial pilot projects to make their spaces more flexible and efficient.
The new workspace design at MMU represented a radical step forward for the University, so it was vital that colleagues were part of the journey. Following a comprehensive colleague and student engagement process to establish design essentials, we embarked on the change journey together.
Alongside the project team at MMU, we carried out Change Champion workshops, drop-in clinics, email communications, workstation trials and demos, tours, FAQ forum support and a full workplace guide.
Understanding the wants and needs of colleagues in the context of an office redesign can be complicated. We try to keep it simple – find out more about the four modules that form our workplace consultancy strategy.
