The big idea

Nailing the brief
After winning the project through a competitive tender, Claremont worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure the comprehensive refurbishment of the first-floor office was delivered on time and within budget. The mechanical and electrical team carefully validated the existing systems and made the necessary modifications to accommodate Orbit Housing’s new layout, ensuring a seamless transition to their refreshed workspace.




The final result
The final result saw the installation of 170 desks to support Orbit Housing’s 240 staff, along with partition walls, many of which were repurposed from the previous tenant’s fit-out. A café space and multiple meeting rooms were also created, providing a modern and versatile work environment. Completed in just seven weeks, the project was delivered on time and within budget, with a high-quality fit-out that included a full audio-visual system installation.
