Nailing the brief
The Hippodrome needed a design to really ‘wow’ customers into returning. Claremont’s close co-operation with a flooring manufacturer to enabled them to practically produce a design in which bespoke carpeting, linear designs, among many other finer details within PokerStars brief were brought to life with a unique and inviting flare.
Claremont’s design included four stand-out poker rooms, a bar, as well as an outdoor area, with the entire floorplate fully refurbished and reimagined to exude PokerStars distinctive identity at every turn.
The final result
Every detail of the new-look space now sports the PokerStars brand identify with new graphics on the walls, new window treatments, and lightboxes.
The re-designed venue now occupies the whole third floor of the casino, with access to various other areas of the establishment, including the roof terraces. Everything from the reception to the layout has been re-designed. Customers can now even enter the poker venue direct from Leicester Square.
The project was delivered on time despite the challenges which COVID restrictions brought on.
