We’re thrilled to share that four members of the Claremont team have recently been promoted to the role of Associate Director – a reflection of their dedication, growth, and continued commitment to both the business and their own professional development.

Kate’s promotion marks a proud milestone in a journey that began six years ago when she joined Claremont as a Business Development Executive. Now leading the team as Head of BD, she sees this next step as the result of years of hard work and the support of the mentors and colleagues who have helped shape her career. She’s excited to begin this new chapter and to see what the future brings for both herself and Claremont.

For Liv, the new title represents another important moment in a career that has already seen significant progression. Since joining as a Business Development Executive, she has moved into the Head of Business Development role and is now transitioning into a Client Lead position. She credits the people she has worked alongside and the clients and projects she’s contributed to as key to reaching this stage – and she’s looking forward to the opportunities ahead.

Becky’s journey has been shaped by her passion for workplace strategy and the psychology behind effective working environments. Over the past few years, she has consulted on strategy projects, worked closely with our design team, and spoken at events and exhibitions about the future of the workplace. She describes the experience as fast paced, unpredictable and genuinely rewarding and stepping into the Associate Director role feels like a natural next step.

Louis also celebrates a well-earned progression, having first joined Claremont as an Assistant QS before rising to Senior QS and contributing to major programmes for global clients, including the work delivered for Flutter. He’s pleased to take on the Associate Director position and is looking forward to the next stage of the team’s journey.

These promotions not only recognise individual achievements but also highlight the strength and talent across the business. We’re committed to giving our people the space and support to develop at Claremont, and these promotions are a fantastic reflection of that.
