We also work to develop our people, whether this be through our Claremont Academy that supports young people entering the World of Work or by offering training, mentoring and progression opportunities across our teams. We’re committed to bringing the best out of every member of our team.

A key element to our DNA is that we Care. For us this means being committed to clear objectives in developing a sustainable, fair and giving business. We monitor and assess the impact of our business on the environment through our partnership with PlanetMark and we’re working hard to minimize our Carbon footprint, and striving to hit Carbon Neutral. Our sustainability initiatives include offering colleagues subsidized electric car schemes and our newly refurbed sustainable Design Studio to work from.

Every year we work with local charities and organisations to make a social impact, both regionally and on a national scale. Our charity and social commitments have led us to tackle (and complete) the national Three Peaks Challenge, run regular Charity Golf Days and a monthly calendar of initiatives to ensure we maximize our social impact.
