Shoosmiths, London - A Video Case Study

Claremont were approached by Shoosmiths to consider the viability of 1 Bow Churchyard, London as their next home. An existing 5 storey building that had been vacant for some considerable time and needed a tenant to breathe life into a tired forgotten-about building. Claremont’s immediate task was to explore the possibilities of the building in terms of design, including the task of opening the floorplates by adding connected staircases and to liberate the cramped space.
