The brief
As one of a number of workplace projects that Claremont has delivered for WBD in recent years, Claremont was asked to create an inspiring and growth-ready workplace that reflected the new brand and could flex with the firm as it grows and needs change.
In particular the brief asked for an employee-centric design that would help WBD to compete for the best legal talent in Bristol by giving more space and facilities for employees to socialize and collaborate, even though it planned to reduce its square footage by 12,000 sq ft.
