Coventry University Group has engaged with Claremont over the last 18 months in delivering consultancy services to develop estate space and specific capital project feasibility work.
The Claremont team have worked with several leadership, faculty and professional services teams from across the University Group on a series of key cultural and strategic projects, as part of the multi-location Group estates strategy.
Through Claremont’s experience in workplace design and change, coupled with our track record of working within the Higher Education sector, we have utilised the full range of our consultancy services across a number of bespoke projects, to help determine the practical requirements for the University Group and its ongoing estates evolution.
This complete consultancy offering includes the delivery of key workshops, interviews, questionnaires and other engagement activities, to help define the requirements for the University Group in the delivery of its strategic outputs.
