Liverpool Football Club’s story is one of passion, resilience, and excellence — on and off the pitch.
Our relationship with the club spans over a decade covering a variety of projects across office spaces, training grounds, retail spaces, and of course Anfield itself. A standard of greatness demands spaces that inspire it.
Everton FC
We partnered with the Everton to deliver a future-proof workspace in the heart of Liverpool – one that pays homage to what makes them truly unique.
From pitch-inspired lighting and Goodison Park-inspired details to archive-lined walkways and spaces designed for connection, every element reflects the spirit of the People’s Club.
The Professional Footballers’ Association
A celebration of the beautiful game, The PFA’s Manchester HQ is where cutting-edge design meets football heritage.
This award-winning space is more than just an office, it embodies the game’s spirit, provides a welcoming environment for members and players and ensures a collaborative workspace for colleagues.
Flutter
In our largest project to date, we transformed a classic 1960s building into a vibrant, collaborative space that embodies Flutter’s dynamic culture and supports modern, hybrid working.
A stunning 126,000 sq ft Destination Office that prioritises shared experiences, collaboration and inclusivity and recognises the office has to be a place more than just work.
FanDuel
Sport is in FanDuel’s DNA so bringing to life a space that reflects this was key. With a dartboard-inspired layout and four floors full of bold design, personality and choice, their Edinburgh HQ hits the bullseye.

Spaces worthy of the stars
We love seeing our clients make the most of their space, and it’s even better when we get to see our work come to life, especially when it’s enjoyed by some of sport’s most recognisable faces. Our work with The PFA has been a great example, with the space being used as part of their annual PFA Awards evenings. From Gareth Southgate and Cole Palmer, to Erling Haaland and Rodri, some of sport’s biggest names have enjoyed the facilities, and we’re thrilled to have helped set the scene.
