Change management is a crucial component of a successful office refurbishment project. Change in the workplace involves more than new furniture or a change of layout – it requires new behaviours from the people using those workspaces.

Successful change management requires organisations to take their colleagues on a journey so that they understand what is happening and why, as well as what is expected of them. To do this, we run a programme of engagement activities as part of our change management model. These activities are designed to establish and outline future working protocols and engage colleagues in preparation for the upcoming changes to how they work.
