Liverpool Football Club
case study
The big idea
- Maintain the integrity of the scheme
- Provide LFC with state-of-the-art furniture & fixtures
- Overcome tight time obstacles
Nailing the brief
Claremont was tasked with specifying and procuring all loose furniture, fixtures and equipment for the staff and hospitality areas in the new stadium. Although the original architects’ specification was costed at £3m, Claremont was asked to maintain the integrity of the scheme at a significantly reduced budget of £1.5m.
The final result
Working with the client’s appointed designer, Claremont delivered all of the furniture, fixtures and equipment across the new main stand’s hospitality lounges, private boxes, press areas, medical and changing facilities and areas for match day staff.
The finished stand challenges the typical notion of a football hospitality space, with a high-end finish and the careful selection of fixtures and fittings that really bring the space to life.
Delays to the main build created additional time constraints for the project, however despite these challenges the Claremont team delivered the project on time and to budget.
