When our relationship with PaddyPower first began with a Workplace Consultancy across London, Yorkshire and Ireland – the vision was clear, parent group Flutter wanted office real estate that would support greater collaboration, sociability and learning.
In our largest project to date, we transformed a classic 1960s building into a vibrant, collaborative space that embodies Flutter’s dynamic culture and supports modern, hybrid working.
The design brings to life a stunning Destination Office that prioritises shared experiences, collaboration and inclusivity and recognises the office has to be a place more than just work.

Softcat, a leading UK provider of bespoke IT infrastructure and services, has seen rapid growth in recent years, creating the need for offices that keep pace. They wanted flexible, brand-led spaces that support growth, attract and retain talent, boost productivity, and champion sustainability.
And that’s where we came in, delivering vibrant, functional, and futureproofed Destination Offices that reflect Softcat’s unique culture and brand.

FanDuel wanted a space that would curate positive, inspiring and motivating employee experiences, while promoting choice throughout the workplace.
With sport at the heart of FanDuel’s DNA, bringing that spirit to life was essential. Our design delivers just that – a bold, personality-filled Edinburgh HQ with a dartboard-inspired layout and four dynamic floors. It’s a workplace that hits the bullseye.
