Six sparkling award wins for the Claremont team!

Over the last few months, we’ve secured six highly coveted trophies that recognise the brilliance of our workplace consultancy, office interior design, and office fit-out teams.  We’ve been celebrated for:

• Our work with Yorkshire Building Society in Bradford won the Insider Yorkshire Property Award for ‘Fit Out of the Year’. This award celebrates standout spaces that go above and beyond, and we’re proud to have nailed it with fresh ideas, sharp design, and a workspace that puts our client ahead of the game.

• Our work with education charity and exam markers AQA in Manchester won the Fit Out Awards UK’s ‘Fit Out Project of the Year’ (Large Office over £7.5 million). These awards celebrate the very best in the fit-out industry and pit us against our peers, so we’re especially pleased to have landed this win with a project we’re super proud of.

• Our commitment to health and safety – winning the prestigious Silver Award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). This win reflects our strong safety culture, well-managed systems and focus on continuous improvement.  Watch out, Gold Award – we’re coming for you next!

• Our work with visionary game development studio Firesprite in Liverpool – where we scooped the Insider North West Property Awards – ‘Fit-out of the Year’ at the start of the Summer. Our brief was to maximise the historic building the gaming company had fallen in love with and give employees a lux space focused on high-tech collaboration, community and inclusivity. The result is a knock-out and a genuine one-off – as you can see here.

• Our talent – Interior designer Alicia Scally has secured her place in the much sought-after ‘30 under 30’ with Mix Interiors.  Billed as one of the industry’s key ‘ones to watch’, the award recognises Alicia as one of the top 30 most talented professionals under the age of 30, and celebrates her strengths in crafting design briefs and collaborating with clients. Alicia embodies everything Claremont is about, so we’re super proud of her achievement!

• We have also took home the trophy for our Diversity and Inclusivity Initiative at the IWFM Impact Awards! We couldn’t be more proud of our incredible team and the work we’ve done to push boundaries and create spaces where everyone feels welcome. Take a look at how we create inclusive workplaces here.

Our award success doesn’t stop there, though. We’ve made the highly coveted Employer of the Year shortlist at the BCO NextGen Awards, which celebrates businesses with a supportive work environment and a strong focus on nurturing the next generation of talent.  The winners will be announced in October and November, respectively, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed.
