Oliver Wyman
case study
Claremont worked closely with us to bring our smart working vision to life. As well as designing and delivering the project seamlessly, the team produced a clear and concise workplace guide that communicated the value of the new space to our people and helped to ensure the project was a resounding success.

The big idea
- Increase collaboration, both internally and with clients
- Retain and attract world-class talent
- Create and provide unique client workstations worksettings
- Increase socialistion and wellbeing
- Consolidate and future proof the workspace
- Fully engage with colleagues during the project process
Nailing the brief
The main café area was a focus as it was not being fully utilised however with the introduction of flexible and appropriate furniture within a more inviting setting, extensive collaboration, informal meeting as well as meal time activity has turned the area into a true ‘social’ space contributing to the transformation of the company’s culture as well as physical environment.
By observing the use of the existing space, determining the team’s requirements and establishing how they wanted the areas to ‘look and feel’ the process of how to use the new space once the areas had been delivered, proved to be seamless.
The final result
Providing a dynamic new way of working has given a new impetus to the completed areas and provided an energy that had been previously lost. The reinvigorated spaces have promoted the use of several alternative work settings in particular the use of dedicated focus pods and semi-private collaboration areas which were one of the main requests throughout the consultancy process.
