The big idea

What started as a simple office expansion turned into something bigger, an agile workspace that keeps the team connected, supports their culture, and boosts wellbeing through regular social contact.

Nailing the brief

With nearly 1 in 5 colleagues lacking a proper home setup, creating a welcoming, amenity-rich Destination Office became a must.

The finished design embraces all features that the team were looking for, offering agile and collaborative spaces; one person focus pods; garden and outdoor meeting areas, new and easy to use communication systems to aid the colleagues working from home easy communication with those in the office.

The final result

Completed over an 8 week programme that included the full fit-out and furniture installation, the finished space brings to life a choice-rich Destination Office that perfectly captures the spirit and culture of Gloucester City Homes and supports employee mental health and well-being through regular social contact.
