Going green

We’ve taken big steps towards sustainability, starting with the installation of solar panels at our Warrington Design Studio, thanks to the brilliant team at Eco Mirage Ltd. These panels will help us cut down our carbon footprint by 35% every year and save 12 tonnes of CO2 annually. And when we don’t need the extra energy? We’re feeding it back into the grid.

2022

A new home

Our office is fully deserving of the title “Destination Office”! We designed it with our people in mind, offering all kinds of workspaces for collaboration, creativity, and (let’s not forget) fun. From breakout zones to scrum spaces, we’ve made sure it’s a place where ideas flow and people love to work.

2021

Our biggest project yet

In 2021, we completed our biggest project ever: the 126,000 sqft global HQ for Flutter, one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment companies. The space is built for collaboration, socialising, and learning. It’s everything a modern office needs.

2020

Employee owned: The first of our kind

We’re not your average company. As the first in our field to go employee-owned, we’ve always believed in putting our people first. That’s why we invest so much time and energy into developing our team, which is probably why more than 70% of our business comes from happy, returning clients!

Management buyout

Back in 1996, our current management team took the reins, leading to the creation of our award-winning design team.

Bristol Office

Since 1994, our second home has been in Bristol, where we’ve been delivering amazing projects across the South. With a local team and a lot of happy customers, we’re proud to call Bristol our base away from home.
